Step 1. Open ‘MyDigicel’.
Step 2. Select Plans & Bundles, then My Active Plans. Select Opt-Out on the active Billo Plan then select yes to confirm the cancellation.
Step 3. Once cancellation confirmation SMS is received, select Plans, then My Active Plans. Billo Plan should be no longer have an opt-out option. Plan will stay active in MyDigicel and Billo until scheduled expiration date.
