Use your Digicel ID if your number is already registered by clicking here.
Step 1. If you receive the prompt that your number is already registered click on the 'Recover Your Password' link at the bottom of the page in the red box.
Step 2. On the forgot password screen click 'Request Reset'.
Step 3. You will be taken to the 'Forgot Password Code Verification' screen. Here, put in the 4 digit verification code that will be sent to you via text.
Step 4. After entering the verification code you will be taken to the 'Change Password' screen. Here you enter a new password of your choice, and then re-enter the new password to confirm.
Step 5. Close the app fully. Reopen the app and if you are on Digicel's network, click 'Connect with your Digicel ID' to log in automatically.
